The University of Georgia Chamber Choir, of Athens Georgia, will travel with Incantato Tours on a performance tour of Portugal and Spain in May of 2011. The choir, under the direction of Dr. Mitos Andaya, traveled to Italy in 2009. During the 11-day Incantato Performance Tour, the singers performed in the Ultrapadum Festival, St. Mark's Basilica in Venice, the Duomo of Florence, and St. Peter's Basilica in Rome.
The first home away from home for the UGA Chamber Choir during their 2011 Incantato Tour to Portugal and Spain will be the Hotel Roma in Lisbon, Portugal. Centrally located in Lisbon's exclusive Alvalade district near many theaters and restaurants, Hotel Roma offers spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi.
